If you can never drag yourself out to the gym or can’t stand exercise classes, this 10 minute workout video (and the other quick clips on Em’s channel) is perfect for you to slot it at home at any time of day. All you’ll need is a chair, a yoga/pilates mat and some comfy gym clothes, weights are optional.

The basic moves in the routine are:

  • Glute Bridges

  • Single Leg Glute Bridges

  • Kick Backs

  • Straight Leg Kick Backs

  • Jump Squats

  • Squat Pulses

  • High Step Ups

  • Standing Kick Backs

This is a short workout but it gets really intense- expect to really feel the burn and see some great results after regular repetition.
