You don’t have to see it to believe that when Gucci opens a restaurant, not only will it be the most aesthetically pleasing restaurant you’ve ever seen, but it’ll also open with Michelin stars.
Yes, the Italian fashion house is diving into a delicious venture of fine dining within the new Gucci Garden.
Gucci Osteria, a 50-seat restaurant opened its doors last week as a part of Gucci Garden, a new museum-style concept store in Florence, Italy. It will be located on the ground floor alongside the bazaar-like retail space where guests can indulge in both fashion and food. Gah, can we go already?
Designed by creative director Alessandro Michele the Gucci Garden takes shape a modern take on a museum and includes clothing (AHEM, those archives though), art, video installations and a boutique. It’s the perfect marriage between vintage and modern Gucci as the brand transforms throughout the years.
