Don't worry about rushing home after work to get to the gym. Get a workout while you work. Here are a few simple exercises you can do right at your desk.
Although slightly cringeworthy to watch as it's hard to imagine working out in a shared office, I can totally get down with the idea of taking 10 minutes out of my day as a freelancer to stretch, raise the heartbeat and cool it down, targeting the main muscle groups and joints.
The workout consists of:
3 minutes of stretching, including a chest opener, quad stretch, and hamstring stretch
Incline push-ups and push-up pulses
Squats and squat pulses
'Figure Four' Stretch
Shoulder and neck stretch
