This season the show took place at Old Sessions House, a venue that compliments Burberry's heritage.
Models Adwoa Aboah, Kaia Gerber and Elfie Reigate walked the eclectic show, stomping down the runway in a mix of tartan, silk, dyed sheepskin and lace.
The show was classically Burberry but with a twist, the styling felt fresh and with highlights of pastels it was channeling the colour palette of the season in a whole new way. With oversized tshirts paired with chiffon and lace, military style skirts with arran knits and layered sheer pieces with oversized bags.
The tartan riding trousers paired with the classic Burberry trench breathed new life into two classic items, the whole collection felt like your impossibly cool friend had raided their Granny's vintage collection.
I don't use the words styled to perfection lightly, and whilst this latest collection from Christopher Bailey may include some show stopping pieces, the styling made the show.
